LOVE

It is important to know that a separation, above all, by its definition in relation to love, is an expression of non-desire or absence of any desire to continue to love each other or to maintain the relationship between two partners.

What about it?

In a relationship, separation can arise from several different factors or causes, including: jealousy, lack of feelings or love for one's partner, boredom, social circumstances, and cheating, which is the most common cause in most cases of separation.

From a legal perspective, separation refers to the legal process of living apart from one's spouse while still married. Spouses may decide they want to explore the possibility of living separately while trying to resolve their issues, or they may choose to formally divorce.

insurmountable separation

In some cases, the separation becomes insurmountable and unbearable when both partners still care about each other and there is still a strong connection between them. Thus, they are forced to separate, not out of boredom or disinterest, but rather for most of the reasons mentioned above: to protect themselves or their children, if there are any (in a relationship where there is abuse), or for their personal development. Indeed, in a relationship, certain feelings and actions (cheating, jealousy) can affect both physical and mental health.

In this case, we can also talk about broken heart syndrome, an illness that has physical effects and consequences on the body.

The separation also becomes unbearable and insurmountable when the person who is still stuck in the relationship suffers from a fear of abandonment, which explains their inability to move on, as well as a lack of self-confidence.
