"When the mind gets used to something, being normal becomes abnormal." "A warrior's mind must be as solid as his weapon, as impenetrable as his armor, as clear as crystal-clear water."

"A thought becomes a mood, a mood becomes a habit, a habit becomes a temperament."

-The mind is the unextended, non-material substance that manifests in man through thought; it is what inspires or determines a certain attitude or behavior characteristic of a person, a group, or an era. Several definitions can also be attributed to it; this varies and depends entirely on the author and the context. The mind generally designates a form of immaterial, spiritual, transcendent existence, which is not factual (phenomenal), but substantial or derived as an attribute of substance. From this metaphysical and religious perspective, the mind is related to the divine, absolute Ideality, entities that man would partially access.

-Thought, in the broadest sense of the term, is a psychic activity, conscious as a whole (but sometimes uncontrolled), which covers the processes by which the synthesis of real and imaginary images and sensations are elaborated, in response to perceptions coming from the senses, and which produce the concepts that the human being associates to learn, create, act, and communicate in reality. (Wikipedia)

Thought is a psychic reality that occupies a mental space in the brain and mind. The mind itself is constituted of positive or negative thoughts. In the lines above, thought is defined in the broadest sense of the term as a psychic activity, conscious as a whole but also sometimes uncontrolled, which refers to the (conscious) and the (subconscious). The mind can, however, be considered as man's small inner voice, the one that guides him, that dictates what he must do; it is his reason. Aristotle said: "Reason distinguishes man from animal"; thus, the mind is the breath of life, it is the soul, it is God in man. Just as for Freud, it is the regulatory (superego), the inner judge of actions, thoughts, and ideas.

Thought emanates from perceptions coming from the senses, whereas the mind is knowledge, the consciousness of life and reality. Without the mind, there is no thought, no sensation, but above all, no reality.

"When the mind gets used to something, being normal becomes abnormal."

Habit is the daily practice of a physical or mental activity that is captured and normalized by the brain (unconscious). It is the acquired, relatively permanent and stable disposition that becomes a kind of second nature. It is, in a way, a power that facilitates effort. When the mind gets used to something, the practice normalizes, becoming an obvious thought, a reflex. To illustrate this theme (When the mind gets used to it...), we can take the example of a soldier in the army. He is well-trained, disciplined, and strong in practice. He has been instilled with physical and moral principles (obedience, fidelity...); his soul, his very essence, transforms; he develops reflexes, aptitude (combat, shooting...); his mind changes, his thoughts, his vision, as well as his reality of things. If he has been to war, the level of normalization of the mind to habits judged healthy or unhealthy is several times more significant. Consumed by various traumas, he cannot tolerate another reality.

In love, it can be characterized by something strong experienced (Wonderful moments, a strong or forbidden love) and also psychological disorders often linked to bad experiences, or a rather difficult childhood. We deduce that it is influenceable and can be corrupted by habit.

"A warrior's mind must be as solid as his weapon, as impenetrable as his armor, as clear as crystal-clear water."

Warrior anecdotes perfectly illustrate "The thought of the mind," its nature and its definition. Over decades, the warrior has been considered a courageous, faithful, and triumphant fighter who fights to embody justice and defend his values; this is his calling. In the strict sense of the term, the warrior is the one who does not give up, the one who is not afraid to face, test, or suffer. He is the one who remains strong, confident, and embodies the respect and admiration of all. He is lucid, orderly, and clear-sighted; it is a principle of life, he is the great winner.

"A thought becomes a mood, a mood becomes a habit, a habit becomes a temperament."

In this more specific case, we can speak of the conscious and the subconscious, crowned and regulated by the mind, hence: "The spirit of the subconscious and the conscious." The psychic state ordinarily depends on the subconscious mind; it processes and interprets information from the mind (the soul) that the conscious cannot perceive, such as vibrations and energies from the outside, in order to affect and impact reality or the vision of reality. Bob Proctor once said: "A thought held too long becomes a mood, and a mood becomes a habit, and a habit a behavior." This describes the immense power of the subconscious mind.
